The top penthouse at the Mansions at Acqualina, part of the decadent Acqualina resort that's so popular with Russian oligarchs and their mistresses, has sold for a whopping $27 million. According to a publicist, that makes it the third most expensive condo sale in Miami-Dade County, ever.

One of the latest in the conga line extravagant condo towers lining the ocean in Sunny Isles Beach, Turnberry Ocean Club released a batch of new renderings of its interior public spaces and hotel-like guest suites that are offered to the guests of residents when they come visit. Unlike many other buildings, which have guest suites that residents must pay to use, these two suites will be complementary for residents to reserve in advance. The other new renderings include a coffee shop, one of the three residents-only restaurants, and the grand lobby.
