One of the latest in the conga line extravagant condo towers lining the ocean in Sunny Isles Beach, Turnberry Ocean Club released a batch of new renderings of its interior public spaces and hotel-like guest suites that are offered to the guests of residents when they come visit. Unlike many other buildings, which have guest suites that residents must pay to use, these two suites will be complementary for residents to reserve in advance. The other new renderings include a coffee shop, one of the three residents-only restaurants, and the grand lobby.

The 54-story super-luxury tower will have an insane amount of amenities on floors 1-3 and floors 30-32, an area which the developers are dubbing the ‘sky club.’ Residents will also have access to the nearby Turnberry Isle Country Club and its new ‘Tidal Cove’ waterpark, part of the Turnberry Resort.

The Turnberry Ocean Club is currently under construction, and expected to be completed by the end of the year. Check out the new renderings and Turnberry’s December 2018 construction update video, below.
