This month is Miami Spa Month 2018, when spas all over the city offer deals on their swankiest services. Residents of most of Miami’s plushest condo towers, however have luxury spas and bathing facilities at their beckoning all year. From Turkish hammams to brain-fitness sessions (whatever those are), here are three of the sweetest spreads for luxuriating any time you want… if you live there.

Currently under construction, starchitect Renzo Piano’s Eighty Seven Park (above) is a minimalist super luxury tower in North Beach. The underground spa offers aquatic therapies and “brain-fitness sessions.” Amenities include a modern take on the Turkish hammam, a hot stone plinth, a freestanding bath, and a body scrub area with ceiling water jets, and a separate sauna with its own scrub area. The spa was designed by Parisian-based interior design firm RDAI

The Fairchild Coconut Grove (above), which broke ground earlier this year in Coconut Grove, was designed by Miami-based architect Max Strang. The building’s spa, designed by Rafael de Cardenas, includes a sleek hammam, steam room, sauna and treatment rooms.

Jade Signature, designed by Swiss starchitects Herzog & de Meuron, was completed earlier this year in Sunny Isles Beach, The tower features three full floors dedicated to amenities. This includes the expansive, resort-like spa Tata Harper Spa for residents, which is home to a Turkish hammam, sauna, steam room and an invigorating cold rain shower. Residents can indulge in a signature liquid gold organic body massage or relax on the water terrace with massage cabanas and Jacuzzis overlooking the ocean.
