This great big Spanish Mediterranean palazzo in Miami's Ponce-Davis neighborhood was built in 2007, which isn't all that old for a house really, and much more recently renovated to highly polished, pristine perfection before being put on the market about a week ago.

’70s Architect Chayo Frank Lists His Miami Jungle House for $15M

Chayo Frank, architect of the famously eclectic Amertec Building in Hialeah, has listed his own home, an equally bold creation in Ponce-Davis, for $14.995 million. Although the Amartec Building, a freeform concrete structure that looked like a fantastical abstraction of a sea monster, was demolished a few years ago, Frank's house, luckily, is beautifully pristine.

Designed by Alfred Browning Parker, a subtropical modern architect who created some of the most interesting and creative buildings designed around the South Floridian climate, this house in Ponce-Davis has been extensively restored. Having just hit the market a few weeks ago, it's listed for $3.997 million.
