This lavish spread on Fisher Island, which has been completely done up by Italian designer Augusto Busnelli, is currently on the market for an impressive $14.5 million. The unit features an octagonal atrium entry, and an absolutely humungous terrace, called a lanai. Yes, it’s just like the lanai on the Golden Girls, but huge, and it includes a full-size private swimming pool.

Fisher Island’s recently completed Palazzo Della Luna, an extremely luxurious residential tower built on the last remaining development site on the exclusive island. Among the many perks of living on the island, every resident and staff member got a coronavirus test back in mid-April, when they were still really hard to get.

If you’re interested in purchasing the unit, reach out to Palazzo Della Luna Director of Sales & Marketing Dora Puig. For a coronavirus test, go to the Miami Beach Convention Center, or one of many other testing sites around the county. They’re easy to get… now.
