Here’s a little construction milestone for ya. Hyde Beach House, the last section of the little cluster of mostly-Hyde-branded condominium projects straddling the Hallandale Beach/Hollywood Beach border developed by the Related Group, has reached fifty percent completion and is eighty percent sold out, according to a publicist for the project.
Although not directly on the sand, Hyde Beach House residents are just across A1A (and another line of condo towers) from it and will have access to the Hyde Beach Club, right behind the Hallandale Beach ‘beach ball’ water tower. Remember the days when that water tower was the tallest thing around? Ahhhh, another time, another time.
Here’s the update from our friendly publicist:
The highly anticipated Hollywood Beach project, created in partnership by The Related Group and sbe, is right on track for a 2019 completion, and is currently on the 24th floor (of 40). This milestone comes with the news of the project reaching 85 percent in sales, with only a few prime units still available. Buyers from all over the world are flocking to the oceanfront development, which fuses the creative vision of sbe’s entertainment and hospitality offerings with interiors by Brazilian designer Debora Aguiar. Once complete, the project will feature 265 resort-condo units and 77 stunning condos.
