Here's a little construction milestone for ya. Hyde Beach House, the last section of the little cluster of mostly-Hyde-branded condominium projects straddling the Hallandale Beach/Hollywood Beach border developed by the Related Group, has reached fifty percent completion and is eighty percent sold out, according to a publicist for the project.
SLS Lux, one of the many collaborations between the Related Group and SBE, has just topped off. All fifty seven stories of it. Bam. It follows its two sister towers to the west (and twins) Brickell Heights 1 and 2. Bam bam.
