This gorgeous Marion Sims Wyeth-designed house in Palm Beach with a tower, golf course views, and spectacular Mediterranean Revival architectural details is on the market for $9 million. It was built in the 1920s and is architecturally landmarked.

Wyeth is one of the most classic of Palm Beach architects, many of whom (including Wyeth) hobnobbed in Palm Beach social circles and designed for many of the resort town’s richest citizens. The house, at 16 Golfview Road, faces the Everglades Club’s rolling golf course, with Lake Worth in the distance, and is located on a private street.
