The developers of Aston Martin Residences, the latest in a laundry list of luxurious, automotive-branded towers that have been built in Miami over the last five years or so (We’re looking at you Porsche Design Tower) have announced the sale of the first penthouse unit in the building.

Penthouse 3, a full floor unit on the 58th floor, comes with a whopping 9,680 square feet of living space, along with an additional 18000 square feet of wrap-around balconies. The unit comes with four bedrooms and six and a half baths, including a master suite with his and hers everything and a plunge pool on the balcony. There is a private elevator entry, and plenty of square footage for entertainment on a grand scale. Although the penthouse units range in price from $16 million to $50 million, the sale price of this unit was not disclosed in a press release.

Aston Martin Residences is on a spectacular site at the mouth of the Miami River in Downtown Miami, at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way. Ironically, for a building named after a car, the tower located in one of the most walkable parts of Miami, where owning a car is practically optional, and traffic is a little crazy. Nobody wants to tootle along in their Aston in gridlock. Aston Martin residences will begin vertical construction in July with an expected completion date of 2022.
