The Related Group's SLS Lux Brickell was recently completed. Here's a sneak peek inside. Of course it's flashy and gorgeous, and huge, and similar (perhaps too similar) to many of Related's other projects.
The amenity lists of most pre-construction condos are stuffed with perks, but from pools to helipads (seriously! 1000 Museum has one) buyers typically get the benefits once the tower is done. Some buildings, however, are setting themselves apart by offering buyers amenities while the des res is still being built. With these buildings, buyers get a taste of the ‘suite’ life right after writing a check. How’s that for immediate gratification? Here are a few perks and where you can get them.
