4567 Pine Tree Drive has been a media darling since the construction of this modernist spec house was announced back in 2015 at the height of the last real estate boom. Designed by Brazilian architect Marcio Kogan, is one of those interestingly ultra-luxury properties that the Wall Street Journal's Mansion section loves to write about. And I wrote about it too, for Ocean Drive.
One of the most iconic houses on Miami Beach's Pine Tree Drive, which is rumored to be owned by an Arab sheik or oligarch or somebody, and was originally owned by one of the founding families of Miami Beach, the Collinses, is on the market for $21.95 million. Listed for $25 million a year ago, the house has sat on the market unsold since.
