Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design has broken ground on the first residential building of the Dania Pointe megaproject, a mixed-use urban infill development in the heart of Dania Beach, according a press release from the architect. The project is located adjacent to the Design Center of the Americas and the Bass Pro Shop.Â
