Canvas, an art-festooned condo tower in Miami's so-called 'Arts and Entertainment' district, has just received its permanent certificate of occupancy. The 37-story condominium tower has over 225 original pieces of art, including, perhaps most distinctively, large wall murals in the hallways, and a mix of studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom units ranging in size from 650 to 1,205 square feet.
