John Lennon’s Palm Beach Estate Hits the Market for $47.5M

El Solano, the Palm Beach estate once owned by John Lennon and Yoko Ono, has hit the market for a whopping $47.5 million. Lennon bought the house in January 1980, and spent the winter living there. He was killed in December of that year. After proceeding with the home renovation she and Lennon planned together, Ono eventually sold it in 1986.

Addison Mizner’s Casa del Ensuenos in Palm Beach is Listed for $32.5M

The stately and historic Casa del Ensuenos in Palm Beach, designed by that narrow strip of money’s most iconic architect, Addison Mizner, is on the market asking a generous $32.5 million. Curbed wrote something about it last week. Apparently the name probably means ‘house of the dreams,’ but more importantly, it’s a Mizner! A good Mizner is worth its weight in Manolo Blahniks, and this one’s a real gem.
