Internationally renowned designer Karim Rashid, king of the candy-colored woggle-shaped everything, has put his South Beach vacation place on the market for $589,000. The two bedroom condo, believe it or not, is actually designed in a more subdued version of Rashid at full flower. Yet it’s still deliciously ‘him.’ Here are lots of pictures, plus what the brokerbabble has to say:

Live in Designer KARIM RASHID’s personal Miami Beach home, as featured in the NYPost, the 2 bedroom property is personally and completely renovated by Rashid. The décor is entirely in line with Rashid’s style “stark white with pops of vibrant neon (especially pink) and wild patterns.” The chef’s kitchen includes an oven he designed; other furniture in the unit is designed by him or friends of his. The unit also has a wraparound terrace and access to the common rooftop pool, which Rashid renovated. The 1,014-square-foot apartment is at 1700 Meridian Ave. in a Miami Beach building known as Montclair Lofts. The Montclair is adjacent to Lincoln Road and to the Miami Beach Convention Center where Art Basel is hosted.
