Internationally renowned designer Karim Rashid, king of the candy-colored woggle-shaped everything, has put his South Beach vacation place on the market for $589,000. The two bedroom condo, believe it or not, is actually designed in a more subdued version of Rashid at full flower. The unit also has a wraparound terrace and access to the common rooftop pool, which Rashid renovated. The 1,014-square-foot apartment is at 1700 Meridian Ave. in a Miami Beach building known as Montclair Lofts. The Montclair is adjacent to Lincoln Road and to the Miami Beach Convention Center where Art Basel is hosted.
