This midcentury Key Biscayne house, built in 1955, was originally listed for sale in January for $3.15 million but has seen a few price cuts since. In April, it was reduced to $2.8 million, and just last week reduced again, to $2.7 million.

For the past few years, Freebee Shuttles have operated in the urban centers of Miami, where population is dense enough that advertising revenue from the shuttles can pay for their operation, like Downtown Miami and South Beach, but now Miami-Dade transit is allowing transit dollars to be used to subsidies the expansion of Freebee into cities where there isn't a large enough population to justify trolley service, reports the Miami Herald. And Uber could be next.

The 13,000 square foot Penthouse I at Oceana Key Biscayne just hit the market today for a whopping $25 million. Surrounded by deep balconies, glass walls, and gorgeous views, the huge unit is Key Biscayne's most expensive listing at the moment, and the only penthouse currently on the market on the island, or so we hear.
