Miami’s favorite/biggest/most capitalistic independent bookstore… well, ok, chain of independent bookstores (how many outlets does it take for a bookstore to lose its ‘independent’ status and become a chain?) is continuing to prosper despite the hard times for brick and mortar bookstores across the world.

Yep, Books & Books has opened a new location at the Suniland Shops in Pinecrest, which you probably haven’t heard of because it’s just a strip mall. A fancy one though. Kudos to Books & Books.  Too bad other bookstores, like the Bookstore in the Grove, and hell, Barnes & Noble, can’t learn from their special sauce.
