I avoided posting this house at first because I was afraid it was a gut remodel job of a classic Maruice Fatio house. The seminal Miami and Palm Beach architect designed a sublime house with a very similar layout somewhere else on Miami Beach in the 1920s or ’30s. But no, this place is new, and it’s spectacular.
