So, what makes The Palace the ‘Most Expensivest’ besides the price tag? Well, located just off Miracle Mile, in Coral Gables, The Palace has over 240 plush apartments, and public spaces modeled after the Four Seasons George V Hotel in Paris. Downstairs, a large reception lobby with double grand staircase leads to a piano bar, an “English-style” bar, and an “English-style” library. It has a theater, a lavish dining room with private dining areas and air-conditioned outdoor dining patio. There’s an indoor swimming pool, fitness center and aerobics room, and card, games, and arts and crafts rooms. There’s a wellness center with doctors and nurses on staff, and a beauty salon. They offer classes, lectures, parties, outings, a daily happy hour, and of course bingo.
